SRDC administrative staff is responsible for managing the operations of the organization to provide services to our clients in the most cost effective and efficient manner. Administrative staff are also responsible for ensuring that the SRDC is in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The administrative staff consists of the Finance Director and finance and support staff, as well as the the Executive Director.
The SRDC staff team consists of nine professionals with extensive experience in a wide variety of planning and development areas, including economic development, community development, aging, transportation, land use planning, natural resources, environmental protection, and business financing. Staff work on dozens of projects each year to help communities, cities, counties, school districts, townships, businesses, and other customers address their most critical issues.2018 SRDC Annual Report
