The Minnesota Department of Health has posted a new Request for Proposal on its Grants and Loan page: Request for Proposal: Small Rural Hospital Improvement Program Application deadline: Friday, January 9, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. CT Letter of Intent: Not required Eligible Applicants: Small rural hospitals that are non-federal, short-term general acute care facilities located in rural areas of the United States or its territories. This includes faith-based, for-profit, not-for-profit, and tribal organizations.
